हर सप्ताह एक छोटा आध्यात्मिक संकल्प
In our busy lives, we often become so occupied with responsibilities, challenges and everyday concerns that we forget to dedicate time to our spiritual growth. Yet, even a small act of devotion, performed with sincerity and faith, can bring a deeper sense of purpose to our lives.
With this thought, we began the Sankalp Movement, a spiritual initiative under Divine Dialogues that encourages individuals to take small, meaningful steps towards devotion, remembrance of God and selfless service.
Our guiding thought is simple:
“एक संकल्प, हर हृदय में भक्ति, हर दिशा में भगवान नाम।”
What Is the Sankalp Movement?
The Sankalp Movement is based on the idea that spiritual progress does not always require extraordinary efforts. Sometimes, a simple commitment to Naam Japa, prayer, charity or an act of kindness can become the beginning of a meaningful spiritual journey.
A Sankalp is a conscious commitment made with sincerity and devotion. Through this movement, participants receive a spiritual task that they can complete as an offering to the Divine.
The intention is not merely to complete a task, but to gradually develop the habit of remembering God, performing good deeds and dedicating a portion of our time to spiritual activities.
How Does the Sankalp Process Work?
The process is simple and personal.
Step 1: Share Your Concern
A person begins by sharing a problem, difficulty or concern from their life. It may be related to personal circumstances, family, work, emotional challenges or any other aspect of life.
Step 2: Choose a Number Between 1 and 1000
The participant selects any number between 1 and 1000.
Step 3: Receive a Spiritual Sankalp
With divine grace and focused remembrance of God, I place the person’s concern at the feet of the Lord and receive a spiritual task for them.
This task becomes their Sankalp, a small spiritual commitment to be undertaken with faith and sincerity.
Step 4: Complete the Sankalp
The participant performs the assigned task with devotion, according to the instructions shared.
Step 5: Confirm Completion
After completing the Sankalp, the participant sends a confirmation. The completed task is then carefully recorded as part of their spiritual journey.
What Kind of Spiritual Tasks Are Given?
The Sankalps may involve different forms of devotion and selfless service, such as:
- Naam Japa: Chanting the divine names of Bhagwan Shri Ram, Shri Krishna, Shri Radha or other forms of the Divine.
- Mantra Japa: Repeating a particular mantra with devotion and concentration.
- Deep Daan: Lighting a diya as an expression of prayer and devotion.
- Ann Daan: Offering food or essential provisions to those in need.
- Seva: Performing acts of kindness, charity and service without expecting anything in return.
- Daily Spiritual Practices: Following a small devotional discipline for a specified number of days.
Some Sankalps may involve chanting a divine name 5,000 or 10,000 times, while others may involve simple acts of service or devotion.
Every Sankalp is an opportunity to dedicate some time to Bhagwan.
A Spiritual Record That Becomes a Source of Happiness
One of the most meaningful aspects of the Sankalp Movement is maintaining a record of completed spiritual tasks.
Every time a participant completes a Sankalp, it is recorded.
Imagine looking back after six months, one year or even several years and discovering how much time you have dedicated to Naam Japa, devotion, charity and selfless service.
These records are not maintained to compare one participant with another. They are a reminder of the spiritual efforts we have made throughout our lives.
The satisfaction of knowing that our time was spent in remembering God and helping others can itself become a source of deep inner peace.
The Power of Collective Devotion
Although each Sankalp is undertaken individually, the movement also brings people together through a shared spirit of devotion.
When hundreds of people dedicate even a small portion of their time to Naam Japa and spiritual activities, their individual efforts become part of something much larger.
During the very first week of our Sankalp Movement, participants collectively completed more than 10 lakh repetitions of divine names.
This was a beautiful beginning and an encouraging reminder of what collective devotion can achieve.
Our aspiration is to continue this journey, one Sankalp at a time.
Is There Any Fee for Joining?
No. The Sankalp Movement is completely free.
There are no registration fees, participation charges or payments of any kind.
This is not a commercial service. It is a spiritual initiative undertaken with the intention of encouraging devotion, selfless service and the well-being of all.
The only offering we seek is sincere participation and the willingness to dedicate some time to spiritual practices.
Why Should You Join the Sankalp Movement?
Life will always bring new responsibilities and challenges. We may not always be able to control our circumstances, but we can consciously choose how we spend a part of our time.
Through the Sankalp Movement, we hope to encourage a simple but powerful habit: making devotion and good deeds a regular part of everyday life.
Even a few minutes of Naam Japa, a small act of charity or a sincere prayer can help us remain connected to our spiritual purpose.
Over time, these small commitments can become a beautiful collection of devotional memories and meaningful actions.
